AMMN – Director Irwin Ka Pui Wan resigns Amman Mineral Internasional (AMMN) announced that Irwin Ka Pui Wan has submitted his resignation as Director, a position he has held since 2021. The company received the formal resignation notice on 14 May ‘26, and will seek shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) scheduled for 19 May ‘26.
