AMRT - Acquired Lawson from MIDI for IDR200 bn Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT) has officially acquired Lawson from MIDI for IDR200.46 bn to strengthen its presence in the ready-to-eat (RTE) retail segment. On 14 May’25, AMRT signed a purchase agreement for IDR1.48 bn shares of Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera, Lawson’s operating entity, at IDR135 per share. Following the transaction, AMRT now holds a 70% stake in Lawson, becoming its majority owner. The remaining shares are owned by Amanda Cipta Persada (20.34%), Cakrawala Mulia Prima (4.83%), and Perkasa Internusa Mandiri (4.83%). (Source : Bisnis Indonesia)
