BRIS - BSI Griya portfolio reaching IDR55 tn as of Aug24 Bank Syariah Indonesia (BRIS) recorded a BSI Griya portfolio reaching IDR55 tn as of Aug24. BSI's market share in this sector has reached 7.19%, growing positively by 8.86% yoy. In addition, BSI has also disbursed subsidized housing loans amounting to IDR2.75 tn for the development of 18,428 housing units aimed at low-income communities. BSI's President Director, Hery Gunardi, said that through the collaboration, BSI is ready to provide convenience for the community to own their dream homes with various financing schemes, both commercial and subsidized. Furthermore, Hery revealed that this collaboration will strengthen the Company's synergy with more than 723 REI members who are developing over 1,600 housing projects, where BSI has been actively involved in housing financing.
