INCO – EGMS approves rights issue

INCO – EGMS approves rights issue Vale Indonesia (INCO) obtained approval at the EGMS to conduct a rights issue of 603,445,814 shares with a nominal value of IDR25 per share. Note that, INCO has made a capital deposit to build a nickel smelter in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi. The project was built worth USD4.5 bn. (Source: Investor Daily)
