JSMR – To disburse IDR549 bn in dividend

Jasa Marga (JSMR) through its AGMS approved a dividend distribution of IDR549.38 bn. This figure is equivalent to 20% of the company's total net profit. The dividend is also equivalent to IDR75.69 per share, equivalent to 2.1% dividend yield (price as of May 10, 2023). The rest of the profit will be used as the company's reserve fund. This dividend distribution is again done prior to the recovery of the company's performance after the pandemic. This year Jasa Marga plans to adjust its toll road tariff so that it has the potential to increase toll road revenue by 10% yoy. This year, the company will also operate 2 new toll roads, namely Japek Selatan and Cinere Serpong. (source : Investor Daily)
