SCMA - EMTK increases stake Elang Mahkota Teknologi (EMTK), the controlling shareholder of Surya Citra Media (SCMA), purchased 84 mn SCMA shares between June 26 and July 4, 2025, at an average price of approximately IDR149 per share. The total transaction value reached around IDR12.5 bn, raising EMTK’s ownership in SCMA from 64.92% to 65.03%. (Source : Company)
