TOWR – Protelindo secures IDR400 bn credit facility Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR) announced that its subsidiary, Protelindo officially signed a IDR400 bn credit facility agreement with Bank ICBC Indonesia on July 9, 2025, with a maximum tenor of 12 months from the date of utilization. TOWR’s corporate secretary, Monalisa Irawan, emphasized that the transaction does not constitute an affiliated or conflict of interest transaction under OJK Regulation No. 42 of 2020.
