AADI - Divest 3.68% CITA stake to affiliate Adaro Andalan Indonesia (AADI) sold 145.6 mn shares (3.67%) of Cita Mineral Investindo (CITA) to affiliate Alamtri Indo Aluminium (AIA) for IDR572.8B (IDR3,934/share). Post-transaction, equity and net income rose by USD2.47 mn (+0.2%) in AADI’s pro forma 2024 financials. (Source : Company)
