GOTO - Hans Patuwo to replace Sugito Walujo as president director

GOTO - Hans Patuwo to replace Sugito Walujo as president director Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on 17 Dec 2025, approved a series of changes to its board composition, starting with the approval of the resignation of Sugito Walujo from his position as President Director, effective as of the closing of the meeting. The EGMS also approved the resignations of Pablo Malay and Winato Kartono as Commissioners, as well as Ade Mulyana as Director. Furthermore, shareholders approved the appointments of Andre Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono as Commissioners, and appointed former director Hans Patuwo as President Director, effective immediately and serving until the close of the third Annual GMS following this meeting.
