MDKA - SRTG ups stake to 19.18% Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA) shareholder, Saratoga Investama Sedaya (SRTG), purchased 53.4 mn MDKA shares at a price of IDR2,273 /sh on December 13, 2024. The total transaction value amounted to approximately IDR121 bn. Following this transaction, SRTG's ownership in MDKA increased from 18.96% to 19.18%. (Source : Company)
