MTEL – Plans IDR1.0 tn share buyback

MTEL – Plans IDR1.0 tn share buyback Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (MTEL) plans to conduct a share buyback of up to IDR1 tn, pending approval at an EGMS on August 26, 2025. According to a disclosure to IDX, the management emphasized the importance of having flexibility to stabilize the share price inline with the company’s performance.
