SMRA – Additional project on Serpong to boost marketing sales

Summarecon Agung (SMRA) continues to expand its business to boost performance in the rest of this year. Most recently, through the Pesta KPR 2023 program, SMRA offered residential products in the Gading Serpong area, Banten on July 21, July 30, 2023 with a 3% promo offer and down payment relief. SMRA offered landed houses, apartments as well as shophouses and commercial caveling located in the Gading Serpong strategic area. Summarecon Serpong targets IDR1 tn sales on FY23 with the largest contribution from the Heron tread house cluster. Throughout FY22, Summarecon Serpong's contribution to SMRA's marketing sales reached 20%. In 2022, SMRA recorded IDR4.9 tn marketing sales (98% FY22 target realization). Furthermore, in 1H23, SMRA has achieved IDR1.6 tn marketing sales or 32% FY23 target, IDR5 tn, consisting of sales 58% home products, 28% shophouses, 7% caveling, and 7% apartment and commercial.
