TOWR - Issues IDR2.9tn worth of bond

Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR) through subsidiary, Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) is issuing a IDR2.9tn worth of debt paper namely, shelf-registration bonds III Protelindo phase II/ 2023. The bond will be issued in two series, in which series A amounting IDR2.7tn and remaining IDR145.3bn for series B, yielding 6.35% and 6.6%, respectively.
