UNTR – Boost sales of all segments

UNTR – Boost sales of all segments United Tractors (UNTR) posted revenue of IDR99.55 tn (+2% yoy) and net profit of IDR15.59 tn (+1.62% yoy) in 9M24. UNTR will strive to achieve the heavy equipment sales target of 4,300-4,500 units. Until 9M24, UNTR has sold 3,321 units of heavy equipment (-23.91% yoy). In the contractor segment, UNTR targets production of 144-145 mn tons and 12 bn bcm. To date, UNTR has recorded an overburden removal volume of 921 mn bcm (+9% yoy) with a production volume of 111 mn tons (+17% yoy). Meanwhile, in the coal segment, UNTR targets sales of 12-13 mn tons. Through Tuah Turangga Agung, UNTR has recorded coal sales of 8.1 mn tons, including 2.4 mn tons of metallurgical coal in 9M24. Furthermore, third-party coal sales volume increased 19% yoy to 10.2 mn tons. UNTR is also targeting a sales volume of 230-235 ounces of gold. UNTR has posted gold sales of 165k ounces (+12.24% yoy) from the Martabe Mine in 9M24. In the nickel segment, UNTR targets production of 1.9 mn wmt. Through Stargate Pacific Resources, UNTR recorded nickel ore sales of 1.36 mn wmt in 9M24. Note that, UNTR has spent IDR9.6 tn capex in 9M24 out of an allocation of IDR15.67 tn for the purchase of heavy equipment and the development of gold and nickel mining infrastructure.
