AADI - Affiliated loan terms amends Adaro Andalan Indonesia (AADI) signed the fourth amendment to its loan agreement with subsidiary Pari Coal, raising the facility to USD26 mn and cutting interest to SOFR + 1.90% from SOFR + 2.40%.
