ASII - Plans to distribute dividend of IDR308 per share Astra International (ASII) has proposed a dividend distribution of IDR308 per share, which will be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in May 2025. Previously, ASII had also distributed an interim dividend of IDR98 per share in October 2024. This brings the total dividend for 2024 to IDR406 per share, lower than the IDR519 per share distributed in 2023. Djony Bunarto Tjondro, President Director of ASII, stated that the company achieved solid net profit in 2024, supported by its diversified business portfolio, despite weakened consumer sentiment in Indonesia. “With a strong balance sheet, ASII is in a robust position to navigate short-term uncertainties and invest in core businesses and new opportunities to drive medium- and long-term growth,” Djony said in an official statement.
