BREN — Expanding geothermal and wind power energy projects Barito Renewables Energy (BREN) plans to expand its renewable energy projects, including geothermal and wind power. BREN aims to develop the Hamiding and Suoh Sekincau geothermal plants and the Sidrap 2 wind farm. Despite a slight revenue decline in 1H24 to USD290.1 mn, BREN's high tariffs and strong performance of the Sidrap 1 wind farm have supported stable earnings. BREN continues to focus on efficiency and operational excellence, maintaining an EBITDA margin above 85% and a net capacity factor over 90%, positioning itself for future growth.
