CTRA – To disburse IDR389 bn cash dividend

CTRA – To disburse IDR389 bn cash dividend Ciputra Development (CTRA) set a cash dividend of IDR389 bn (21% of 2023 net profit) or IDR21 per share at the AGMS. Last year, CTRA posted marketing sales of IDR10.2 tn and revenue of IDR9.3 tn. CTRA has launched 3 new projects and more than 9 new clusters and shophouses in projects that ran in last year, including Citra Garden Serpong, Citra City Sentul and Citra Garden Bintaro. Note that, CTRA posted a decrease in marketing sales of IDR3.3 tn (-4% yoy) in 1Q24, although this figure has met 30% of this year's marketing sales target of IDR11.2 tn.
