ELSA - To develop new technology (EOR) Elnusa (ELSA) strives to develop new technology - Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) to support its business in 2H23 that will be implemented in Rokan Block. Beside that, Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) Frilling, High Inhibitive Water Base Mud (HWBM) and Cement Slurry Merah Putih are already in pipeline to be developed. ELSA is together with its parent entity - Pertamina, to have cost-effective operation by modifying HWU to be used in drilling in five Tunu Fields, the application of Wireline Combo to save mobilization cost and Cement Slurry Merah Putih to have good bonding cement, as well as Domestic Sand Consolidation Product. ELSA is developing capabilities in Geo Science Services (from land seismic to OBN Nodal in Sea Seismic), Liquid Mud Plant facility for field drilling non convensional which will be the first onboard in Indonesia. Through non oil & gas buisness, ELSA supports government effort to ramp up oil & gas production as like applying seismic vibroseis in some areas for EOR. It's currently in trials phase. Going forward, ELSA will diversify its business to non-oil & gas busines, renewable energy and being involved in EV ecosystem to adapt and respond to the future business. (Source: Kontan)
