GGRM – Additional capital for subsidiary

GGRM – Additional capital for subsidiary Gudang Garam (GGRM) provided additional capital for its subsidiary, Surya Dhoho Investama (SDI), worth IDR300 bn through the issuance of 300k new shares with a nominal value of IDR1 mn per share. The additional capital was carried out to support the operational activities of Dhoho Airport in Kediri, East Java. Currently, SDI's capital has increased to IDR14.3 tn. (Source: Investor Daily)
