UNTR – Acquired a geothermal company

UNTR – Acquired a geothermal company United Tractors (UNTR) through its subsidiary, Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), signed a share sale and purchase agreement for a geothermal company, Supreme Energy Rantau Dedap (SERD), worth USD80.96 mn. The signing was made on March 1 with MeriT, Axia Power Holdings B.V., Tohuku Power Investment Company B.V., and INPEX. The acquisition process was carried out to diversify UNTR's business in sustainable efforts for power generation using renewable energy resources, especially geothermal. (Source : Bisnis Indonesia)
