UNTR – Reducing guidance due to unfavorable weather conditions United Tractors (UNTR) revised its overburden removal volume guidance for this year to 1.18 bn bcm (-3% yoy) due to unfavorable weather in 1H25. The stripping ratio is estimated at 7.7–7.8x, with coal production expected at 151–153 mn tons (+3–4% yoy). However, UNTR maintained its guidance for: 1) Heavy equipment sales: 4,600 units, 2) Coal sales volume: 14 mn tons, 3) Gold sales: 24k oz, amd 4) Nickel sales: 2 mn tons. Going forward, UNTR is targeting acquisitions worth USD500 mn–1 bn. Note that, UNTR booked revenue of IDR68.52 tn (+6.2% yoy) and net profit of IDR8.13 tn (-14.7% yoy) in 1H25.
