ERAA - A IDR266.11 bn capital injection to subsidiaries Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) has injected a total of IDR266.11 bn into its subsidiaries; a) around IDR78.11 bn to Era Boga Nusantara (EBN) and b) around IDR188 bn to Era Kopi Anda (EKA) via EBN. ERAA strengthened both of its subsidiaries capital by absorbing their new shares; 1) EBN issued 78,117 new shares at IDR1 mn per share, which increased its place and paid-up capital from IDR212.88 bn to IDR291 bn. 2) EKA issued 188,000 shares at IDR1 mn per share, which fully absorbed by EBN. As a result, EKA's authorized capital rose from IDR2 bn to IDR190 bn, with placed and paid-up capital at IDR47.5 bn. Post-transaction, EBN holds 33,250 shares or 70% of EKA' total shares, worth IDR33.25 bn, while Indomakmur Boga Raya holds 14,250 shares (30% of EKA' total shares), worth IDR14.25 bn.
