ANTM - Rauf Purnama appointed, DPR decrease Aneka Tambang (ANTM) shareholders appointed Rauf Purnama as chief commissioner and independent commissioner, replacing F. X. Sutijastoto; Rauf previously served in the Prabowo–Gibran 2024 campaign and held roles as CEO of Petrokimia Gresik and advisor to the Minister of Industry. ANTM is also expected to lower its dividend payout ratio (DPR) to 35–50%, following MIND ID guidelines, which would decrease future dividends compared to previous years, where DPR reached 100% in 2023 and 50% in 2022.
