BSDE – 1H23 marketing sales reached 54% of target this year In the midst of consistent performance growth in 1H23, going forward, Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE)’ performance will be boosted by several launches of landed houses projects. As of 1H23, BSDE reported marketing sales to reach IDR4.479 tn (+3% yoy) which exceeded 54% marketing sales target this year, IDR8.8 tn. This achievement was boosted by recurring income from Hiera and Layton product in 2Q23 which contribute 51% to total marketing sales. BSDE also introduced Front Row advertising, which is a shophouse product in Cibubur Tourism City with a 100% acceptance rate in 2Q23 and brought IDR2.6 tn marketing sales (+20% yoy). (Source : Kontan)
