BSDE — 1H24' net profit grew by 94.28% yoy Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) achieved solid financial results in 1H24, with net profit rising by 94.28% yoy to IDR2.33 tn. This growth was primarily supported by effective cost-control measures. BSDE’s gross profit also increased to IDR4.86 tn (+53.07% yoy), driven by strong contributions from land, building, and strata title sales, which accounted for 87.7% of total revenue. Despite a 36.37% yoy rise in COGS, BSDE managed to boost operating profit by 83.12% yoy to IDR2.95 tn.
