BSDE - Achieves marketing sales of IDR6.75 tn Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) reports robust marketing sales of IDR6.75 tn by 3Q23 (+1% yoy), driven mainly by the residential sector, which represents 66% of total pre-sales. These achievements place BSDE at 77% of its 2023 marketing sales target of IDR8.8 tn. From July to September, BSDE reported marketing sales of IDR1.96 tn. The quarterly sales reveal a strong demand, with housing units accounting for 74% of pre-sales in 3Q23. In the commercial segment, BSDE achieved IDR2.28 tn in sales, primarily from shop houses and apartments.
