BSDE - Enters drinking water supply business Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) has secured the project for the bottled water supply procurement in the BSD area of Tangerang Regency, with an investment value of IDR162.67 bn before 11% VAT, partnering with PDAM for 25 years. BSDE's performance is anticipated to improve in the 2H23 due to the potential decrease in interest rates and the nearing conclusion of the commodity boom, both of which are expected to further boost home sales.
