BSDE-Sinar Mas Land targets IDR 2.8 tn from selling 1,400 property units Sinar Mas Land aims to generate IDR2.8 tn in revenue by selling 1,400 property units under its Infinite Living 2024 program, encompassing various types like housing, apartments, and residential plots in Tangerang, Banten. The program not only includes a subsidy of up to 20 percent for down payments but also offers significant discounts of up to 26 percent and waives fees for acquiring land and building rights (BPHTB). Launched on February 22 and valid until the end of 2024, the program features promotions divided into three periods throughout the year. The initial period, from March 1 to June 30, boasts the most extensive promotions, followed by two subsequent periods. Consumers participating in the program also stand a chance to win prizes, such as a Myza unit, with specific units awarded at the end of each period. Infinite Living offers substantial price reductions across various products, including landed residential properties, shophouses, apartments, and plots, alongside flexible payment options such as cash and mortgage financing.
