CTRA - Releases upper-middle-class residence

Ciputra Development (CTRA) sees that the middle- to upper-segment housing market is moving again at this time. Demand began to rise after being pent-up for the last three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with the active start of the middle to upper residential segment, Ciputra Group decided to launch premium products to meet the need. This developer released CitraLake Villa at Citra 6, CitraGarden City, West Jakarta, on May 27, 2022. CitraLake Villa is built on a lake area in CitraGarden City with a total area of 5.8 hectares (ha). The total number of luxury homes offered in this cluster is 28. The house was built with a three-story concept and added one basement, which doubles as a kitchen. The total building area of each unit is 335 square meters (m2).
