ERAA – Changes in Era Caring Indonesia' controlling shareholders

ERAA – Changes in Era Caring Indonesia' controlling shareholders Erajaya Swasembada' (ERAA) subsidiary, Era Caring Indonesia (ECI), had a change in its controlling shareholders, from Charming Pharmacy Retail Management (CPRM) to Indo Ventures Indonesia (IVI). IVI acquired 40,801 of ECI shares worth IDR40.08 bn in total or a IDR1 mn per share, from CPRM. As a result, IVI now holds 50.10% of ECI shares and Era Prima Indonesia holds 49.90%. Note that, in collaboration with Era Farma Indonesia, ECI operates pharmacy and healthcare chains under the name Wellings pharmacy. (Source: Bisnis Indonesia)
