ERAA - Issued global bonds for expansions

ERAA - Issued global bonds for expansions Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) through one of its subsidiaries, Erajaya Digital (ERAD) has issued global bonds worth of SGD50 mn or equal to IDR564 bn for expansion in Malaysia and Singapore. The global bonds were issued on August 24, 2023 and listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) with an AA rating by Standard & Poor's (S&P).
