ESSA - To distribute IDR45/share dividend

Surya Esa Perkasa (ESSA) AGM decided to distribute dividends worth IDR775.2 bn or IDR45/share, equal to 4.6% dividend yield. For the year 2022 ESSA managed to book revenues worth USD731 mn or jumped 141% yoy. The ammonia business contributed 93% of the company's total revenue in 2022.
