INTP - To acquire 100% stake in Semen Grobogan

INTP - To acquire 100% stake in Semen Grobogan Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa (INTP) is set to acquire a 100% stake in Semen Grobogan (SGB), involving 345,860 shares, as per a conditional sale and purchase agreement signed on October 16, 2023. The acquisition aims to strengthen INTP's position in the cement industry, particularly in Central Java. The shares of SGB, owned by Prima Tunas Investama (PTI) and Prima Sakti Investama (PSI), will be sold to INTP and its subsidiary, Dian Abadi Perkasa (DAP).
