MAPI – Store expansion continues Mitra Adiperkasa (MAPI) recorded sales of IDR19.5 tn (+8.7% yoy) in 1H25. This performance was supported by the retail segment, which booked IDR16.5 tn (+11.30% yoy), or about 84.3% of total revenue. The retail segment saw an increase due to the launch of the iPhone 16 and improved performance from its subsidiary, MAP Aktif Adiperkasa (MAPA). However, the F&B segment, managed by subsidiary MAP Boga Adiperkasa (MAPB), posted a sales decline to IDR1.5 tn (-6.5% yoy) amid ongoing boycott actions in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Moreover, MAPI opened several stores for exclusive brands such as Pazzion, Chloe, and Christian Louboutin in 1H25. For 2H25, MAPI plans to open stores for the Teva and Toast Box brands to attract upper-middle-class consumers.
