MDKA – More nickel resources

MDKA – More nickel resources Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA) through its subsidiary, Merdeka Battery Minerals (MBMA), is conducting exploration activities to increase nickel reserves at a cost of USD1.2 mn at the Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral mine, Southeast Sulawesi in 2Q24. The cost is incurred for drilling to determine the age of the mine resources and test work related to diamond drilling methods, geological mapping, sampling and geophysical surveys. From the results of the exploration, there are 353 boreholes that have been completed with a depth of 8,639 m. Diamond drilling using 16 drill rigs, GPR surveys and geological mapping will continue for further exploration. (Source: Investor Daily)
