MDKA — Strong operational results in 2Q24 Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA) reported robust operational results in 2Q24. The Tujuh Bukit gold mine produced 25,382 ounces of gold with a total cash cost of USD1,110/oz. The Pani Gold Project is also progressing well, with advanced processing designs completed and commissioning set in 2025. Furthermore, the Wetar copper production reached 3,626 tonnes while the Tujuh Bukit copper project saw significant resource updates and design advancements. Note that, nickel production totaled 35,284 tonnes, with the ESG HPAL plant 51.8% complete and commissioning targeted for 2H24. (Source : Company)
