PGEO – To distribute USD136.4 mn in ‘24 dividends, with a 4.0% yield Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGEO) has approved a final cash dividend of USD136.4 mn (IDR2.2 tn), representing 85% of its 2024 net profit. The decision was made at the AGMS held in Jakarta on June 3, with dividends set at USD0.00328 or IDR53.0 per share. The dividend will be paid in Indonesian rupiah based on the Bank Indonesia middle exchange rate of IDR16,157 per USD as of December 31, 2024. Pertamina Power Indonesia, the controlling shareholder, will receive around IDR1.51 tn, while Masdar Indonesia Solar Holdings RSC Ltd will receive IDR329.09 bn, and public investors will receive IDR255.38 bn.
