PWON - To installs 544.45 kwp PLTS at Gandaria City Mall

Pakuwon Jati (PWON) is collaborating with Agra Surya Fastfood to install PLTS in a number of the company's malls. The installation of this PLTS is a form of PWO's commitment to reduce carbon emissions in an effort to support the clean energy transition program and Indonesia's long-term target of achieving net zero emissions in 2060. The PLTS with a capacity of 544.45 kWp had been installed at Gandaria City Mall last Friday (19/5). In addition to the installation of PLTS in Gandaria City, Pakuwon Jati and Agra Surya Fastfood have also agreed to continue their cooperation in installing PLTS in the next three malls belonging to Pakuwon Jati, namely Tunjungan Plaza and Royal Plaza in Surabaya and Pakuwon Mall Jogja. So that the entire PLTS capacity that will be installed reaches 1,736 kWp, we will be able to reduce carbon emissions by around 1,464 tons per year. To note, PWON already has the Greenship Certificate for Built Buildings V.1.1. and Green Building Certification with a ld Rating from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) for Office 88A and 88B Kota Kasablanka. Meanwhile, the Gandaria 8 Office Tower building, Pakuwon Tower Kota Kasablanka, Pakuwon Center, and Pakuwon Tower Surabaya are still in the process of applying for green building certification, which is targeted to be obtained in 2023.
