SIDO selesaikan akuisisi Berlico Rp 124,9 miliar

Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul (SIDO) menyelesaikan akuisisi 17,19 miliar saham Berlico Mulia Farma, dengan nilai investasi Rp 124,99 miliar. Akuisisi Berlico diharapkan dapat menopang kinerja laba perseroan yang lebih baik.
