Sinarmas Land Ltd, induk usaha Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE), mengakuisisi perusahaan pemilik properti di London, yakni Horseferry Property Ltd. Nilai transaksi akuisisi mencapai 188,6 juta poundsterling atau setara Rp 3,6 triliun.
