UNVR — Sells Sariwangi Tea business to Djarum Group for IDR1.5 tn Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) agreed to sell its Sariwangi tea business to Savoria Kreasi Rasa, part of the Djarum Group, for IDR1.5 tn as part of its portfolio simplification strategy to focus on higher-growth core segments. The divestment is immaterial to operations, with Sariwangi contributing around 2.7% of revenue and 3.1% of net profit, and allows UNVR to realize value and potentially return capital to shareholders, with completion targeted for March 2026.
