INKP – Lowering factory construction budget due to geopolitical conditions Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (INKP) will reduce the factory construction budget by 17.13% or to USD3 bn from the previous USD3.62 bn due to global geopolitical conditions. The funds for the factory construction come from internal cash of 40% and the issuance of bonds of 60%. From October 2023 to date, INKP has issued 4 USD bonds as part of the phase I continuous public offering with a target fund of USD300 mn. Note that, INKP allocated capex worth USD725 mn this year.
