INKP – Settles bonds and sukuk worth IDR1.38 tn Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (INKP), a subsidiary of the Sinar Mas Group, has successfully settled the principal amount of bonds and sukuk, totaling IDR1.38 tn. The breakdown includes the redemption of INKP's 2022 Series A Sustainable Bonds III worth IDR904.51 bn, which carried a fixed interest rate of 7% and matured on December 26, 2023, and the 2022 Series A Sustainable Mudharabah Sukuk II, amounting to IDR481.06 bn also reached maturity on the same date. These settlements took place on October 21, 2023. After this action, there are no current plans for similar actions or issuing new debt securities. (Source : Kontan)
