STAA: To distribute a cash dividend of IDR501.56 bn

Sumber Tani Agung Resources (STAA), a plantation company headquartered in North Sumatra, announces its plan to distribute a cash dividend of IDR501.56 bn that is taken out of its net profit in 2022. The decision was made during the annual general shareholder meeting of the company last week. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 45% of the 2022 net profit as a cash dividend. The cash dividend will be channeled out to STAA’s shareholders whose names have entered the official list by the recording date of 31 May 2023. Then, the actual disbursement will take place on 22 June 2023, and each share is entitled to a cash dividend of IDR46. Approximately 36.69% of STAA’s shares are under the control of PT Malibu Indah Lestari. PT Kedaton Perkasa claims another 28.88%, followed by Russell Maminta Wijaya at 13.23%, Gani at 6.33%, and public investors at 8.28%. (Source: IDN Financials).
